Midwest Haunters Convention 2008

I think that MHC is going to be a huge event this year with Transworld moving to Vegas.

Anyone going this year? I know we will be there as the Official Media Sponsor once again for MHC and also Vending.

I can not believe all the personal emails I am getting from haunters all over the US who are now looking forward to the MidWest Haunters Conv this year. Many new folks to the industry as well as older estabilished industry veterans are attending this ever growing event. I can not believe at all the opportunities that haunters have to choose from this year. So many great speakers with fantastic backgrounds as well as the Sunday auction, Saturday night costume ball, Friday Vampire program, and Thursday Haunt Bus Tour that noone in our industry has come even close to matching in activities and participation. Thanks to the ever hardworking 4some who began this event 4 years ago, our industry now has a great place to go and play, learn, and socialize. Transworld's move to Las Vegas ofr various business reasons has really opened up the door for Columbus,Ohio for new and more exciting vendors, speakers, exhibitors, tours, and so much more. Even the IAHA is doing a great big preseminar program there this year! I continue to push our staff to learn about costuming, makeup and aquire as much personal knowledge on our industry as possible. Yes...they also enjoy the friendships and sharing stories about last season with anyone they come into contact with...don't we all do that in some form or another? So if you see a Haunted Hydro person(they wear Hydro gear) please feel free to stop and chat with them. Permalink Reply by Midwest Haunters Convention on April 8, 2008 at 7:36pm: Well, MHC is really taking off this year! The trade show floor is almost sold out. It is going to be 115 booths of haunter heaven! Registrations are way up, the hotel is selling out, and the bus tours are filling.
