The Haunted Garage

OK this is just a bit of information about me and the Haunted Garage, injoy…
I help run a Haunted Garage in central Illinois. My Father in Law, Roland, started the Haunt something like 16 years ago as just a haunted room in the living room. This lasted about 3 years. They would scare people so much that they were running down a set of 7 steps. The Fright of someone falling down the stairs made them move the haunt to the garage. At first the garage was a one roomed haunt worked by Roland and his brother. This continued for a few years changing a bit here and there and getting more complex as the years continued. Then I came around about 6 years ago and we enlisted all of my wife’s cousins and a couple of the neighbors and had 4 yrs of GREAT Haunts... then ALL the cousins had babies, my sister in law had a baby, and the neighborhood helpers all went to collage. (I'm very happy for all of them) So now it’s been Roland, Me, and my brother from another mother Dan. It’s been kind of iffy the last few years due to sickness in the family and the lack of free time. This Year though I am Determined to have a Great Haunted Garage... I have been trying to recruit actors and I've been gathering material for simple animatronics all year. So fingers crossed let’s not have rain, snow, or super cold weather and we should have a great Haunt. Oh yeah one last thing, I LOVE to carve Pumkins. I think that Im good at it, Though I yet to make my own pattern. It only took me two and a half hours to carve the one i have as my profile pic.
